Jessica (She/Her) is a neurodivergent psychotherapist dedicated to supporting individuals in Massachusetts, Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Vermont. With a strong background in Psychology and Theatre, Jessica brings a unique blend of understanding and creativity to her practice. She holds a Master's Degree in Social Work and a Master's of Education from Widener University, equipping her with the skills to address a diverse range of challenges faced by her clients.

Jessica specializes in working with adults navigating ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, gender identity, and LGBTQI+ concerns. With extensive experience in community mental health, schools, and university counseling centers, she is well-versed in supporting individuals through various life transitions. In therapy sessions, Jessica values collaboration, acceptance, and openness. By drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Informed Care (TIC), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and a Strength-Based Approach, she helps clients overcome past traumas and build a more fulfilling life.
