Our Internship Program
Neurodiverse Counseling offers low cost and high quality counseling sessions through our counselor internship program. Our counseling internship program help us make therapy more accessible to our community and helps us develop the next generation of compassionate and highly competent counselors.
Our counseling interns are 2nd year graduate students who have completed all of their course work and training for their masters program who are now ready to utilize the skills and interventions they learned during their coursework. We are highly selective in who we hire to ensure the highest quality of care and capability.
When you work with us, you can trust that you're partnering with a therapist who is driven, dedicated, and will go above and beyond to support you. Our goal is to give you our full attention and help you find the tools you need to make real and lasting changes in your life.

Our interns work with us for two semesters, so you potentially have the opportunity to work with them for 9 months. We provide a seamless transition for you when your intern has completed their time with us, depending on whether they join us as staff, or if you elect to transfer to another intern coming in. We are so proud of our counseling interns, and we believe what they can offer you is worth your investment and time.
