Get to Know Abygail!
Abygail (She/Her) is a Clinical Intern dedicated to serving clients in Massachusetts. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire and is in the final year of her Master’s program at the Boston College School of Social Work. Abygail specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults navigating autism, ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and LGBTQIA+ concerns.

Most recently, Abygail worked at Brigham and Women's Hospital, where she conducted psychological evaluations for teenage and adult populations. During her time there, she helped individuals navigate life transitions and developmental changes. Abygail is committed to helping individuals address childhood trauma and its impact on their identity. She utilizes a range of evidence-based therapies, including Trauma-Informed Care (TIC), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychoanalytic and Psychodynamic Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. Additionally, she has completed Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS) and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (CCSP) trainings.

In therapy sessions, Abygail employs a collaborative and strengths-based approach, fostering a warm and accepting environment for her clients. She empowers clients to lead their own therapy journey, helping them reconstruct their trauma narratives and achieve meaningful change.
